Choose Proteins to Make You Feel Full?

Are you thinking about adding some great healthy protein to your diet? That’s a really good idea. Studies show that adding more protein increases satiety, so you’ll feel fuller.

Do you know what are the healthiest protein selections for you? I’m Dr. Mary Clifton, and I’d like to help you make those choices. With the Dr. Mary’s Reset Revolution, I’ve been helping people lose weight with plant-based nutrition, for many years.

Choosing healthy proteins, especially when you’re on a protein or low-calorie diet makes a big difference when, instead of feeling hungry all the time, you can feel full even though you’re eating fewer calories.

The proteins I’ve selected for my delicious vanilla and chocolate shakes are going to be perfect for you to add. They taste delicious and they’re easy to incorporate into your meal replacements. You’re going to love them.

I also have a great list of healthy protein choices that are available in Whole Foods Market. Think about adding nuts, which are loaded with protein as well as healthy fats. Try whole grains like quinoa; think of protein found across the plant food system.

Dark green, leafy vegetables have always been classified as carbohydrates. I don’t understand that, because they’re loaded with protein. Even the juice cleanse that I enjoy intermittently has 25 grams of protein in just 700 calories of fruit juice, even though a lot of it is green juice and red juice.

There’s a lot of protein hiding in a lot of surprising places.Tweet this!

Crowd out some of the unhealthy foods, like the simple carbohydrates, the meat and dairy, and replace it with some good, healthy, plant-based proteins, either from a meal replacement shake or from those healthy plant-based protein selections that I’ve listed for you.

You will just get healthier and happier, stronger, faster, and fitter. You could accomplish that with a few simple choices.
