Choose Proteins to Make You Feel Full?

Choosing healthy proteins, especially when you’re on a protein or low-calorie diet makes a big difference when, instead of feeling hungry all the time, you can feel full even though you’re eating fewer calories.

Dark green, leafy vegetables have always been classified as carbohydrates. I don’t understand that, because they’re loaded with protein. Even the juice cleanse that I enjoy intermittently has 25 grams of protein in just 700 calories of fruit juice, even though a lot of it is green juice and red juice.

Crowd out some of the unhealthy foods, like the simple carbohydrates, the meat and dairy, and replace it with some good, healthy, plant-based proteins, either from a meal replacement shake or from those healthy plant-based protein selections that I’ve listed for you.

You will just get healthier and happier, stronger, faster, and fitter. You could accomplish that with a few simple choices.
