Eat Less at Mealtimes?

Would you like a great tip on how to lose weight quicker by eating less at mealtimes? Sometimes I get so hungry when I’m trying to lose weight. When it’s finally time to sit down and eat my dinner, I just end up eating so much – after trying to restrict myself all day.

[This tip has been proven to work] After you’re done plating your food that you’ve either ordered or you cooked at home, and before you eat, put all that extra food away. Better yet, put it in sealed containers and stick it in the freezer for the future.

Put the extra food on your plate, out of sight and out of mind (freezer?).Tweet this!

It’s out of sight, out of mind. Once you eat that one plate full of food, just wait for a little while and you’ll be able to feel the satiety kick in.
