Get Waisted Foods and Forget About Portions.

Are you having trouble getting appropriate portions figured out, or eating the right amount and then still feeling hungry after you’ve eaten? I’m Dr. Mary Clifton. I’m the founder of Dr. Mary’s Reset Revolution, and I have a couple of pro tips for you. I think that there are a couple of different things going on.

Part of the problem is that you’re not eating the right foods. Tweet this!  

Making sure you have plenty of low calorie foods combined with some higher calorie foods will make a difference in your sense of satiety. Tweet this!

For example, a much bigger salad, or much bigger vegetable side serving is going to really fill up your tummy. Remember, by drinking a large glass of water before you eat, you’ll be able to have a fuller sensation when you’re done eating a smaller amount of food.

There are all those kinds of tricks, and of course, many more in Dr. Mary’s Reset Revolution, and some delicious, very flavorful, easy recipes that’ll help you to have some low-calorie options that you can feel really good about.
