What about a Soda Stream?

Are you cutting back on food and not losing weight? Don’t you hate that? What do you think is going on?

I’m Dr. Mary Clifton, and I have a great tip for what might be happening and how you can solve it. I run Dr. Mary’s Reset Revolution, and we’re helping people all over the country lose weight and look fantastic with good nutrition and smart diet tips, so I want to share this one with you today.

The liquid calories are a little bit hard on your body because if you think about it metabolically speaking, there really haven’t been a lot of liquid calories over the course of human evolution.

It’s a modern thing to drink a coke. When you’re drinking a dairy, sugary coffee, or soda, you end up getting a lot of calories in a way that your body really just doesn’t know how to manage. It’s quite a metabolism-buster. But on top of that, it’s just simply a lot of calories.

My great takeaway tip for today is to consider buying a SodaStream. I am obsessed with my soda stream. It’s so fun. You can just put the water in, screw it in a little jar into your SodaStream, tap it a couple of times, and your water is so fizzy and fantastic.

Then you can add all kinds of stuff to it if you want to. I like just the fizzy, simple water, and I can drink it right out of the container – a ton of hydration. If you want to, you can add little stevia associated flavorings or different oils and get any number of different combinations together.

I’m going to give you a recipe to use with your SodaStream. If you don’t have a SodaStream, you could just consider putting some essential oils in. We have tons of great recipes too in our program for super healthy waters that have been bonused with all kinds of great antioxidants.
